Wang Zhao Jun ~ famous sliced fish spicy and sour bee hoon soup

The famous sliced fish bee hoon cooked  in spicy and sour soup.  Other usual orders include, sliced fish steam with hor fun in soya sauce based gravy, deep fried beancurd skin with stuffed fish, stir fried bitter gourd with roast pork, special toufu and braised fish with yam.  We tried dong po pork which reminds me that it's time to return to Suzhou for the authentic version.
