Mama's kitchen - best nyonya cuisine in town

By far, still the Resturant I return to when guests from out of town request to have Penang nyonya cuisine.

Start with ikan billis with onions.  Jiu hu char is a dish with fried turnip, leek, dried cuttlefish served with spicy chilli paste. Fried wild vegetables, 'local vegetables grown on hilltops'.  Wild boar curry is rich and yummy.  Black prom fret stuffed with spicy shrimp paste.
