A place to go if you are hungry at night and the other dinner places are closed.

Juicy Tom yum satay - Top choice! Full of flavour and BBQ to the right texture.

Kuey tiao tng store - very yummy dry quey tiao with lots of fish and meat balls, the chilli sauce is spicy and not overpowering. 

Soup version

Fried porridge - my first experience with fried porridge, (one of the dishes my friend rave about) this one is nothing exceptional.

Lor mee which has the usual Penang lor mee taste.

Braised chicken feet and Wantan mee - to my friend, this Wantan mee is a 'next time no try dish' while the braised chicken feet cannot compare with the Kimberly street one, it's ok to have when you crave for chicken feet skin texture swirling in the mouth.

Chowrasta market

Chowrasta market.  One of my favourite markets to visit on Saturday morning, browse the fresh produce, seafood, raw and cooked meats, spices; have breakfast, more street shopping, brunch and crowd. 

Simply love the heritage buildings.

One of the best Wantan mee served for breakfast.  Sauce is yummy.

This soup is sour and spicy, goes very well with the meat.

Pik Nik cafe

One of my favourite haunts.  Lively, bright and creative.  Amidst the fun and laughter of youths in the next table; I can always find my spot on the bench amongst cushions, beside the windows; to read and chill.

Waffle is crisp and tasty, I like to pair with honey milk for a Sunday good night sleep; in preparation for the week ahead.
