As part of New Year get together, my boss brought us to this Resturant - Satay Inn at City Garden hotel at Northpoint. It was a great fix for home-sickness as I have been away for a while now.

Resturant is very spacious. We were early and before long, the whole place was filled up.
This looks more Thai style chicken wings cooked in black pepper than Singapore/Malaysian food. But it was good, probably a local variation since the locals love chicken wings.
Laksa soup was not the same as what we have at home but still one of the best tasted in Hong Kong.
Satay has juicy huge chunks of well-marinated meat which is not like Malay version of satay, another variation done well to suit local taste.
Fried carrot cake is good.
Ice kacang top with ice-cream.
