One of the usual haunts after time away from home, fast and efficient way to fix home-sickness using food therapy.
The herbal soup is light (not too oily), coloured by the dark soya sauce (hokkein style) and flavourful. The meat is fresh, juicy and cooked to the right texture, not too under nor overcooked.
Simply love the prickled vegetables that is of the right level of saltiness and crunch. The pork stomach cooked in white pepper soup base is also one of the best I've tasted outside home, thick and spicy soup base that warms the heart like home-cooked food.
Other than pork ribs (Bak Kut Teh) is the must-have, pork belly, pork-tail, pork liver and kidney options are also the usual dishes that we add on to our feast.
