Shimbashi Soba @ Paragon

Soba so good. 
 
A place to return to. A place to go, to have Soba. Tenchirashi soba is our favourite. Shisamo, maki, sashimi, tempura, cold soba with French duck in Yuzu infused dippings, set meals.  

Love the texture of the soba. Love the dishes, where I can dunk soba into dipping sauce. Love the soba-yu, just like daddy loves the broth on top of oriental porridge.
