This was my once a week haunt. Kuey chap, braised chicken feet and ginkgo nuts in almond tea. From all 3 different stores. Once you take a seat at the dessert store, order the ginkgo nuts in almond tea, then walk out to the roadside stores to order kuey chap and cross the street for the braised chicken feet by the kuey tiao tng store.
Kuey chap with sheets of kuey with uneven edges, slices of duck meat, a braised egg, pig's intestines that's soft and chewy. Additional dosage of pig's blood is the treat of the day.
