Sydney Walkabout ~ Maroubra beach and Watsons bay
One of the must dos in Australia is to visit secluded beaches and dine by the beach. Watch the sunset and the sky turning from orange to pink to purple to blue. Listen to the waves lapping the beach and take you away to distant places.

Sydney Walkabout ~ Hunter valley
Spent a day roaming the vineyards in Hunter Valley. Sunlight, fresh air, wine, laughter, flowers, vineyards fill the valley. An informative and friendly driver doubling as our guide made the day fun and interesting. Visited boutique vineyards - Irongate vineyard, Ernest hills vineyard.
Ended the journey with an appropriate movie in the coach ~ A Good Year. Some of its memorable quotes:-
Forgive my lips, they find joy in the most unusual places.
You'll come to see that a man learns nothing out of winning. The act of losing can however, illicit great wisdom. Not least of which is, uh.. How much more enjoyable it is to win. It's inevitable to lose now and again. The trick is not to make a habit of it.

Sydney Walkabout ~ Paddy's market and Queen Victoria Building
No trip is complete without roaming where the locals hang out; fresh produce markets, supermarkets, street markets, cafes, bistros, patisseries, pubs. Paddy's has some of the fresh produce and bursts of colours that lures. Walking about, feast in the eye candy. Customers selecting the best prize, sellers collecting the exchange for the goods and putting them into bags.
Follow George street, breakfast at cafe and people watch, pass the church, onward to Queen Victoria Building. Love the tiles, railings, stained glass windows. The air of decades passed with shoppers' ecstasy after buying their dream, of friends chit-chatting and laughing, of people watching other people, captured in one place.
