Ippudo

One of our favourite haunt for ramen, eithe the Orchard branch or the Mohd sultan branch to beat the crowd.  Our usual order,  black garlic oil flavoured soup, 'hard' texture noodles, top with an egg with soft Center.

Our favourite version with black garlic oil.
Pork belly - flavourful and succulent
The Tan tan version ramen.

Nantsuttei @ Millenia Walk

Favourite Ramen. Black soup, oiled by ma-yu (roast garlic oil), thick and not starchy broth. Garnished with generous serving of almost crispy negi (green onions). Springy noodles submerged in hot soup, topped it with an egg in a deceiving pale yellow and full of flavor.
