The Peak and Spring Deer Resturant ~ Hong Kong

After an afternoon at Tseung Wan, we went to the Peak, had some noodles before meeting our friend for dinner at Spring Deer Resturant.

Most famous for their Peking duck
Thick meat with crispy duck skin. (But I still prefer the ones in China, with less meat.)
Rest of the duck meat is fried with the noodles.

Soufflé dessert - love them in HK!
