Elffin & Elffin Galary Cafe ~ Haji Lane

There is always something new at Haji lane every time I revisit.  I had 20mins to spare before next appointment and decided to walkabout for updates.  Spent some time Elffin & Elffin Gallery Cafe to hide from the hot afternoon sun.

The shops are always painted colourful.

Found my spot here with Yishun mentioned on the wall.  This orange MCM is a loot from Seoul by JM 💗.

Took a copy of Kult magazine.  Love the theme this issue entitled 'Read' which is collection of creative representation of classic reads set against their timeless quotes.  Extracts below.

Dicken street cafe

We were late for dinner, it was raining and not suitable to go to open air hawker.    So we ended up at one of the cafés that close later at night.

Somehow I just like this lamps on the walls.  Shape like street lamps and covered with some red wires to give this irregular shadow effect on the walls.

Spinach and blue cheese thin crust pizza is yummilicious.

Annie Leibovitz ~ MBS

Annie Leibovitz ~ her creation exudes Art, mystery and nature.

This is the pic that attracted me to the exhibition.  The intense look of Leonardo looking right through you and the beautiful neck of the white swan wrap around his.  Perfect and timeless.

I love the caption that came with this photo.  About Susan, taken from her backview and how her life inspires like this path to the Petra; a narrow dark alley that opens up to a whole new world the other side ~ The magnificent of the Petra.

This shot taken of the subject, so carefree and happy.

Annie is able to capture the character of her subjects, just drawing out who they are.  Queen, celebrities and making fairy tales come to life.
